For general contractors who hire subs

Know before a sub's insurance lapses, not after

COI Nudge collects certificates of insurance from your subs, reads the expiry dates, and emails the sub and their agent before a policy lapses, until a new certificate arrives.

Questions

Who does the chasing?

COI Nudge does. It emails the sub and their agent 30, 14 and 7 days before a policy expires, then weekly for up to eight weeks, stops as soon as a current certificate comes in, and tells you who is still missing.

Does it check coverage amounts?

You set the minimums you require, and it flags certificates that show less.
